A cheval glass, also known as a horse dressing glass or psyche, is a tall dressing mirror that is often hung between two pillars and rests on two pairs of long feet. It is also known as "psyche" and "horse dressing glass." The cheval glass was rendered obsolete when wardrobes began to be constructed with mirrored doors, therefore it is no longer often seen in bedrooms.
