The samosas may either be of the traditional large size or of the little kind. You may choose to fry them, bake them, or air fry them depending on your preference. The only thing I want is for them to be at a comfortable temperature, which for me means neither too hot nor too cold. Chole or chana masala is required for the preparation of this dish.
