This is the ratio of the loudness of the game to the volume of the conversation audio coming via the headset. Adjust the slider to put more emphasis on the conversation audio (located on the right side) or the game audio (located on the left side) (right side). The conversation and game audio will be effectively muted if the slider is moved all the way to either the left or right extreme.
