It is up to the seller to decide whether they will agree to the cancellation request or not. If the seller agrees, and we are able to verify that the purchase has not been dispatched, we will reimburse your payment method that was originally used. We will provide a refund to the original mode of payment if the seller does not react to our request to cancel the order or confirm that the cargo has been sent within twenty-four hours.
