Do Streamers Use 1080p Or 1440p?

Commendable. I had been under the impression for a long that 1440p was much superior than 1080p, but recently I've begun to question whether or not the additional cost of over $300 that comes with upgrading to 1440p from 1080p is really justified. I'm referring to the fact that the vast majority of professional players utilise 1080p resolution, as well as the fact that big broadcasters such as timthetatman, summit1g, and ninja all use 1080p.
