Are Tf2 Achievement Servers Against The Rules?

I'm a fan of accomplishment servers, and contrary to popular belief, using them won't get you kicked or banned in any way. The only consequence that may be considered is that your high scores would be highly inflated; nevertheless, you always have the option to clear them.
