Why Am I Unable To Exit A Group Chat In The Messages Section?

You're in a regular group text message, not an iMessage discussion, if you don't see the Leave this Conversation option. Group texts require your phone carrier's text messaging plan, and exiting a discussion isn't possible because iPhones can't directly notify other iPhones they want to depart.
