What Is Routing Chat?

The Chat Routing function enables you to prioritise incoming conversations and direct them to the appropriate operators based on a set of criteria and circumstances that can be easily configured by the administrator. Conversations have the option of either being automatically sent to the operators who are taking care of the fewest chats at the moment or of being placed in a queue from which operators may retrieve them.
