What Are Lebanese Families Like?

Families in Lebanon are often very close-knit and devoted to one another. It is common practise in more rural places for members of many generations to share the same dwelling. Relationships between cousins are often just as close as those between brothers and sisters. Families in cities are often much smaller than those in rural areas.
