What Age Is M-chat?

The M-CHAT is a parent-completed questionnaire that incorporates questions from the CHAT, but covers a greater variety of indications and a longer age range (16–30 months). The CHAT was developed by the Child Health Assessment Team (CHAT). The M-CHAT also consists of a follow-up interview that must be administered. During this interview, the parent is questioned in more depth about the symptoms that were listed on the questionnaire.
