Jyp Bubble Allows Users To Send Each Other Pictures, Right?

Only the idol has the ability to transfer photos, audio, video, and text through a bubble. Only text may be sent by subscribers to the idol's bubble. You can't overwhelm an idol with endless essay-length messages since there's a character restriction and a limit to the amount of messages a fan can submit (I believe it's three messages each post the idol makes).
