In What Circumstances Can You Insist On A Refund

If a consumer notifies you within 14 days of receiving their products that they want to cancel their order, you are obligated to provide a refund to that customer. After they have informed you, they have a further fourteen days to return the products. You are required to provide a refund to the consumer no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the returned products. They are not required to provide an explanation for their decision.
