Does Urbanic Refund Money?

Our policy lasts 30 days. After a period of thirty days has passed after the date of your purchase, we are unable to accept returns or provide exchanges. Your item must be unopened and unused, and it must be in the same condition that you got it in order for us to accept it back A receipt or other evidence of purchase is required in order for us to process your return.
