Navigate to the Settings menu, then Sound, then Audio Output, and finally Output Device. Make sure that the Controller Headset is selected as the Output Device. Navigate to the Settings menu, then choose Sound, then Volume, and finally Headphones. Adjust the setting of the Volume Control so that it is all the way up. You may adjust the volume of your microphone by navigating to Settings >> Sound >> Microphone >> on your device. Adjust the Mic Level >> the Level of the Microphone.
