How Do I Contact Customers On Shopify?

Tap the Orders tab inside the Shopify app. Select an order from the client whose account you want to investigate further. On the page that displays the order data, you may see the customer's profile by tapping on the customer's name. Tap one of the icons in the Contact area to initiate communication with the user in one of three different ways: by email, phone call, or text messaging.
