If it has been more than 48 hours after you placed your order and there has been no trace of the delivery, you need to get in touch with Amazon directly. After logging in to your Amazon account, go to the Help menu, then choose Browse Help Topics, then Need More Help, and finally Contact Us. You have the option of communicating with us via a bot or by phone (though the phone option is not immediately obvious).
