Do Proximity Sensors Work With Aluminum?

Standard proximity sensors have sensing range correction factors that vary depending on the target material ifm has developed a new series of inductive proximity sensors with a Korrection factor of one for all metals. This technique is known as K=1. The range of these sensors is the same for aluminium and steel targets.
