Do Western Kingbirds Flock?

These birds will defend their area tenaciously, even against much bigger birds like hawks, who are their natural predators. When they fear for the safety of their young, they will attack people, cattle, and even domesticated animals. These birds travel in large groups to the state of Florida, as well as to the Pacific coast of southern Mexico and Central America.
