The validity of Nordstrom Notes is limited to one (1) year from the day they were issued. In the event that Nordstrom decides to discontinue the Program at any point in time, all Notes that are stored in the account will be deleted on the day that the Program is discontinued. Both non-cardholders (referred to as Members) and Nordstrom Cardholders in the United States and Canada may participate in separate programmes that are part of the Nordy Club.
