Can Vampires Get Tattoos?

It is dependent on the fictional context, however given that vampires are often portrayed as undead beings capable of amazing regeneration, tattoos are not likely to remain for a very long time on them. In my own vampire universe, I was cursed with the inability to receive tattoos that would last for an extended period of time.
