Blue by ADT cameras are unable to connect to networks protected by WEP or networks that do not need a password. Confirmation may be found by checking the configuration settings of your router or contacting your Internet service provider. If you have recently made any adjustments to your Wi-Fi network or Internet service provider, it is possible that you will need to do a factory reset on your camera in order to switch it into QR scanning mode and enter the new Wi-Fi credentials.
