Why Is Everyone A Robot In VRChat?

When an avatar on VRChat for Quest receives the rating of "Very Poor," the avatar is automatically hidden. It will appear as a grey robot with the words "Perf Blocked" on the chest; however, you won't be able to see it unless you click the "Show Avatar" button on every person you come across who is wearing one. This is done to ensure that the Quest's performance is not affected in any way.
