Android: Go to Settings > Apps and Notifications > Apps and Notifications > Select the Blue by ADT app, then go to App Notifications and make sure the app's notifications are enabled. IOS: Go to IOS Settings > iCloud > iCloud > iCloud > iCloud > Select Notifications from the drop-down menu. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on in the Blue by ADT app.
