Food company B&M Heron Group Ltd. Heron Foods/Parent organisations A bargain retailer has completed the acquisition of Heron Foods, which is situated in East Yorkshire and might be valued up to £152 million. B&M has taken over the ownership of the food shop that has been in the same family for generations and employs close to 3,800 employees. B&M said that it planned to use the Herons network of stores in order to establish a budget convenience supermarket brand.
