What Exactly Is The Wireclub?

Wireclub is a bad chat site because it allows trolls to abuse users, and when a user requests a mod for aid, they say block, thus the troll switches profiles and bullies users again, with no action taken by mods or admins. They will sometimes block the user who is reporting the troll.
