Your customers will be able to see when an Agent is typing a response back in an in-app chat by looking at the typing indication. It enables you to provide users, who may be used to receiving prompt responses, with a live chat experience. The typing indication will only be available for Issues that have been generated on devices that have Helpshift iOS or Android SDK 6.0 installed.
