Should I Use Router As DHCP Server?

It all depends on your topology, but if you have multiple VLANS that span multiple sites and thousands of users, I would suggest using server DHCP rather than having your routers handle the DHCP requests themselves. Doing so would place an unnecessary burden on your routers, and if one of those routers were to fail, clients would be unable to receive IP addresses on their local networks.
