Is Nike Owned By The Chinese?

This week, Nike CEO John Donahoe referred to the sportswear and clothing giant as a "brand of China." This comes after the company was embroiled in a scandal earlier this year due to worries over the communist government's alleged violations of human rights. According to Donahoe, not only are we the most well-known sporting goods brand in China, but we also consider ourselves to be a Chinese brand.
