We would recommend changing the privacy settings from the default public setting to My Faves – this means that only people you choose (by favoriting their profile) will be able to see your profile or message you. This is in contrast to other apps that provide little in the way of privacy or information on how to stay safe. MeowChat is not as comprehensive as other apps of its kind.
