The amount of time that AOL stores your email depends on the settings that you put in place inside AOL. Unless you have specifically instructed the system not to, it will store all sent and received mail for the most recent 30 days. In the Mac version, preserving all mail forever is the default setting; however, only roughly a third of users of the PC version have this option chosen.
