Check the bottom of the most recent message you sent before you began to believe that you were banned. If the previous iMessage shows "Delivered" beneath the message bubble but the most recent one does not, this may indicate that the recipient has stopped you from sending or receiving iMessages from them. If you get an error message stating that your iMessage was not sent instead, this may be another clue.
