How Do You Join The Neighborhood In 2k21?

In order for players to get entry to The City, they will first need to begin a MyCareer session and complete all of the component parts of the game's tutorial. After this has been completed, players will finally have the ability to open the MyCareer menu and scroll down until they find the choice to enter The City. Only then will they be allowed to do so.
