How Do You Cancel An Order On ASOS?

Navigate to My orders and then choose the order you want to cancel from the list. Clicking the button that reads "Cancel/View" next to an order gives you the option to still cancel the transaction before it is processed. The status of your order will be updated to "Cancelled." It is too late for either you or our Customer Care staff to cancel your purchase if the "Cancel" option is not shown.
