Make a contact for the phone number you wish to block, and give it the tone for a quiet alarm or other notification. Your phone will continue to ring quietly whenever you get a call from that number from now on (silently ring). Because you won't be able to hear anything, you won't be aware that you have a call, and as a result, you will have effectively blocked the call.
