To add a user as a VIP or mod, type /vip username or /mod username into the console. Use the /unvip username or /unmod username command in order to remove the privilege. To see a list of moderators or VIPs, use the /vips or /mods command, respectively. Only the owner of the channel has the ability to add or delete VIPs and Mods.
