How Do Robins Mate?

The male robin will feed the female robin as part of the wooing ritual. Robins are very social birds. Robin males will sing to attract the attention of potential mates while they are looking for a partner. After some time has passed, they will begin singing in an effort to assert their ownership of the nesting place. This takes place only a few moments before the eggs hatch.
