To begin, choose "New." Choose Chat Button from the drop-down menu located in the Type box. Make your selections for the remaining aspects of the chat button's configuration. Select the Save option. The second step is to create Live Agent users. When using Salesforce Classic, go to the Setup menu and use the Quick Find box to search for Users. The Edit button may be found next to each user's name. Choose the Live Agent User option. Select the Save option.
