How Did Lila Get A Miraculous?

She related to Adrien in the park that her grandmother was a fox-woman superhero who went by the name Volpina and that her grandmother had given her the Fox Miraculous power. After it was discovered that this, too, was an illusion, Cat Noir used Cataclysm to catch her, and Ladybug caught her akuma, which resulted in Lila reverting back to her normal self.
