This is how well the M-CHAT/F was able to identify any reported delay and/or worry (including ASD): the sensitivity was 11.8 percent, the specificity was 97.4 percent, the positive predictive value (PPV) was 72.4 percent, and the negative predictive value (NPV) was 65.9 percent.
