Do You Leave A Group Chat If You Delete It?

Please keep in mind that once you remove a group, no one else may join it. To delete a group, open it, tap on the group's name in the title bar, pick "Delete group" from the menu that appears. You cannot remove a group as a normal member, but you can quit it.
