Did Whisper Shut Down?

Whisper will not be going down anytime soon, despite the fact that the app does not generate a significant amount of revenue and several board members have resigned from their posts. Even while the world has become a somewhat more tolerant environment for all people in the last five or six years, there is still a significant amount of opportunity for improvement in this regard.
