Can You Get Spam FaceTime Calls?

The pranksters and spammers take advantage of the fact that Apple does not give an option that restricts a user's acceptance of FaceTime calls to to those made by those who are already in their address book. Apple does provide its customers with the ability to blacklist certain phone numbers; but, doing so does not prohibit users from making group FaceTime conversations, even if the banned number is included in the call.
