To turn on or off Chat for all of the users in the account, follow these steps: Log in to the Zoom web portal using an account that has administrative privileges and the ability to change account settings. To activate or disable the chat feature, go to the In Meeting (Basic) section and click the Chat toggle. If you turn off Chat, the Private chat and the function that automatically saves conversations will also be turned off.
